Small studio, long memory.
We design and build products for teams that care about craft. Most of our work is shipped under contract; the rest lives here, with the reasoning behind the choices.
What lives here
The catalogue collects the things we’ve shipped: web apps, mobile apps, developer tools, and the case studies that explain how the work actually went. Each entry has a summary, the role we played, the stack, and a longer write-up where there’s a story worth telling.
How to add a new build
Every entry is a single record in data/builds.js plus an HTML
page under builds/. Three steps:
-
Append a new object to the
BUILDSarray indata/builds.jswithslug,title,kind,summary,cover,tags,year,role, andstack. Setfeatured: trueif it should appear on the home page. -
Drop a cover image at
assets/covers/<slug>.svg(16:10 works well). -
Create
builds/<slug>.htmlusing one of the existing detail pages as a template.
The home and catalogue pages render straight from the registry, so no template step is required. The site is plain HTML, CSS, and a small render script — no build pipeline.
Stack
- Static HTML, CSS, and vanilla JS — no framework
- Shared build registry in
data/builds.js - SVG covers for portability and crisp display at any size
- Hosted on the EasyCoder published-site flow
